Also note that you can access the help files directly in the browser 
using their chrome URLs:

Type chrome://help/locale/mail_help.html#importing_mail_messages in the 
location bar, for example, to display that portion of the Help and save 
it to a file if you wish.

Not sure how useful those files out on mozilla.org are being.
