I didn't think that's what I was saying. But if you regard "support" as 
a marketing tool, then you can conclude that (I claim) help is a 
marketing tool (though one might ask how "marketing tool" is defined here).

Who is "we"? And as for rewriting: I would be concerned if you mean a 
total rewrite.

Netscape hasn't caused problems to this point, I trust---the fact that 
we are "seeding" the moz doc effort with the help files is a good thing, 
I hope. We've tried to promote open-source doc efforts at Mozilla in 
other ways, such as starting the Mozilla Documentation Project a few 
years ago (the effort didn't go far...and the pages were unceremoniously 
removed [without my knowledge] from the Moz site not too long ago).
