Note that the changes are up-to-date circa Netscape v7.01. Items added to the trunk since then may not be covered in the help. So the help isn't entirely consistent with moz 1.3 features, but it's MUCH more consistent than previously.

They are indeed. Netscape technical writers wrote them, and we've tried to convert references to Netscape and Netscape-only stuff like AIM to Mozilla and its applications.
