I am using Mozilla on VMS. I am an experienced VMS user and am familiar
with the internet and finding resources there. However, I can't seem to
find ANY information ANYwhere which can help me solve my problem.

My problem is that I want fonts to display in all sizes, shapes and
strengths of Cyrillic fonts as well as Latin (i.e. "normal") fonts. Out
of the box, I didn't have any Cyrillic fonts at all. I came across

   http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/ucs-fonts.html

and that helped somewhat; at least I had the Russian letters in one
size, strength and shape. I thin found some more .BDF files on the web
to add in the missing Macedonian letters. However, I still just have
one size, strength and shape.

I don't need ALL POSSIBLE sizes, strengths and shapes, but would like to
have the look and feel of a page be the same whether it is using the
Latin or Cyrillic character set. (I'm not talking about pages which
specify a specific font, just normal HTML tags like , <H2> etc
which have an effect on the fonts.

In addition to the fonts (which I know how to install, in general), I
will probably also need the basic facts on how the tags in an HTML page
get translated to specific fonts, especially what happens with regard to
automatic substitution if a font isn't available.
