As far as I remember, specialized, very large Unicode fonts
do contain full Unicode range of Cyrillic, including
Macedonian, etc. - you may look at the fonts suggested by
Netscape team some years ago, such as Bitstream CyberBit at
ftp://ftp.netscape.com/pub/communicator/extras/fonts/windows/
(if they have non-Windows OS versions).
