That's false. **Viewing** a coloured source and **editing** a coloured source keeping the colours in sync with a modified source are different tasks. And the latter is clearly more difficult than the former.

Please please please consider taking a look at implementing this feature.

Don't worry, a lot of people want this feature. But other things currently have a much higher priority on my radar. We need to have a fully standalone composer first, with working prefs, and a clean UI.
