Is Compser (Moz 1.5) WebDAV compliant ??

Assuming I have a WebDAV enabled Server and have set permission 
appropriately, Can I use Mozilla: Composer to publish web documents 
similar to using it with older web servers which support HTTP: Put/Get/Etc..
