Using Composer in Mozilla 1.5, I'm trying to create a regular old web page with a list of links down the left side, possibly a horizontal banner up top, and a main section for the data. But Composer doesn't seem either to allow framesets or to allow me to move the border in a table to have differently sized cells. I'm sure I must be missing something.... Can someone please tell me how to go about this?
I just have a quick look for obvious frame settings, couldn't find any. Frames are usually looked down upon in web design.
