Thanks. Then what's the preferred way of having a constant navigation tree in one location from page to page? As simple as just using a table?
Usually some server side scripting is used like PHP. Which will have a steeper learning curve if the only language you know it HTML.
If you use linux, there will be a new Mozilla Composer based WYSIWYG software called Nvu which will have support for templates and framesets. Next year sometime.
