Looking for a good Flash editor....

Hello...  I am looking for a really good flash editor, but so far I have 
had a difficult time finding one.  I asked someone if there are any 
open-source Flash editors available, but he said probably not.  I find 
this tough to believe.  If anyone has any recommendations, I would 
welcome them^_^
