Again, error in MOZCTL.DLL when instantiating

Access violation at address 60BB42FD in module 'MOZCTL.DLL'. Read of
address FFFFFFFF.

I'm using 0.6, set the BinDirectoryPath and the DOS path
to 'C:\[mozilla]\bin' and imported
mozctl.dll into Delphi.

Please, for the love of programming, someone help!
