Sorry I'm not really sure what the problem is. I just downloaded Mozilla
0.6 zip file, set the paths as required, ran regsvr32 on mozctl.dll and
opened the dbrowse sample in Delphi 3 to try it out. It works fine.
All I can think is that perhaps your C runtime DLLs are incorrect or
there is some other system issue that causes to fail on your machine. A
lot of Delphi programmers hit this problem so a C DLL issue sounds the
most likely reason to me.
