So, the following bug opens up the issue that we need default prefs
(prefs files) in the embedding case. However, our prefs are all glommed
into a few global prefs files. This has the nasty affect of pref
overkill in embedding cases. For example, to get the right font prefs,
you have to drag in all.js which also has mail-news prefs.
I vote for breaking the prefs file scheme out to a module/component
level? I'm not sure how this would be managed though, any thoughts?
