mac NS6 & NS4.76 probs w/ frames and css

I have a frames prob w/ NS6 -- it chops off the border of two of my
frames, though they display fine in prior NS or IE

plus, my upgrade of 4.75 to 4.76 does not do CSS properly ... (doesn't
follow simple text formatting rules on all pages the same, though prior
versions did just fine)
