I use OnMouseover to show a message in the status line and CSS HOVER to
underline and change a link to red on my website. This works in IE4/5
but in Mozilla the CSS is not executed. You can see what I mean by going
to http://arneb.home.infi.net/phnynj.html
The only link on the left side of the page that functions according to
my CSS specification is "Arn's Home Page" which has no onmouseover event.
Is this a bug or is Mozilla functioning according to specification. I
looked in Bugzilla but did not find anything.
