It's there under tasks/Privacy & security....

I checked the settings when the page in question is loaded, everything 
seems to be set (or I reset it) to the lowest possible level (accept) 
except FIPS which does not seem appropriate for the sites I have problems 
with.

I also checked cookie manager and told it to accept all cookies from this 
site, even though it was not listed as refuse (nothing was...)

No change, I still get the useless warning messages that I have to get 
rid of repeatedly.
