Are there really that many 28K modems left in the world?
Although I Test Mozilla. I'm not a developer (too old to learn
programing Pascal C, C+, C++).
I have 56K modem and have typical connect speeds of 48K or better. And I
live in the southern part of Virginia where we usually get the short end
of the stick Technology-wise.
Not just on this group; but today this is at least the 20th post making
reference to a 28K connection.
(The mac version is even larger as on my 56K connection takes about 45
minutes to download. <grin>).
