I've done the PSM thing and still can't order via a site that gives me this:

You cannot view this screen because your Web browser does not appear to
support the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security protocol.

If your browser does not support SSL, get an SSL-compatible browser to
continue.

If your browser does support SSL, please e-mail us. Please identify your
browser as follows in your e-mail message:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; m18) Gecko/20001220

Thank you.

btw, between this and all the other support groups and the varioius
Netscape/mozilla/Gekco etc. browsers out there, I'm TOTALLY confused as
to where to go for help for what. Is this all part of a grand AOL
scheeme or WHAT?
