need help for using MNG module (npmngplg.dll) on a windows platform

how can i use npmngplg.dll to dispay a MNG file in a personal window.
in the DLL there are Three exported function :
NP_GetEntryPoints
NP_Initialize
NP_ShutDown

how using them ?????
