How do you install Flash in Mozilla 0.6 ??

I go to pages requiring Flash, and I am directed to a Macromedia page 
where I am supposed to download and install it.  The problem is that 
there is a version for Netscape but not for Mozilla.  If I select the 
Netscape version, it just dumps me back to a page where I am told that 
it cannot detect my browser version, and I start over again in an 
endless circle.  I had no trouble with the Java plug-in, but I cannot 
figure out how to get the Flash plug-in.  Thanks in advance.
