Something I noticed when using the Win32 nightly from today (the first time
in a long while, actually...)
When I chose "View Bugs Already Reported Today" my Sidebar popped open,
even though I explicitly turned it off. Turn it off, reload page, and it
pops open again.
Quit Mozilla, reload it, go to same page, Sidebar does NOT pop open.
Delete Application Data\Mozilla folder (on W2K), restart Mozilla, turn off
Sidebar, go to page, Sidebar pops open again.
Switching Themes causes the Sidebar to reappear as well.
