Hi,

Well, at least on my computer it worked. I just dragged the .XPI file over
the MOZILLA.EXE file and the browser started with the Component Installation
dialog. I pressed OK, restarted the browser and the Flash plugin was
working.

BTW, it copied some files in the \Plugins folder.
