Netscape mail settings

I am using 4.73.  How can I remove the unsent messages folder from the
messenger window.  I have figured out how to remove drafts and templates
but I cannot figure out how to remove the unsent messages folder.

Also, how can I rename the inbox and sent folders.  I want to align my
folders in a certain order but I am unable to do this.  Among other
things I want the trash at the bottom but it keeps popping up above the
sent folder.
