location bar accelerator?

Are there plans to add a keyboard accelerator for the location bar.  IE
had <Alt-D> to focus the address bar and I used it constantly.

How about auto-completion in the "Open Web Location" dialog?

Finally, is there some kind of TODO document that answers these types of
questions so I don't have to bother this group?
