Unfortunately not. You can search Bugzilla
<http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/> for what you're interested in, but it's
rather difficult to do effective searches without learning quite a bit
about how Bugzilla keeps track of bugs. (Unimplemented features, and
suggestions for improvement, count as `bugs' in Bugzilla.)
