Both 39310 and 59610 are reasonable candidates. I'm new to bugzilla,
reporting, etc., so I don't know whether I should 'add' something to
either bug or not. It's funny that my attempts to find this bug were
thwarted *by* it: bugzilla often never finishes loading for me, so its
usefulness is rather limited.
None of the bug reports make the point that the mouse cursor is the
busy/click type, which means from a user point of view you've got to
stop page loading (even though page loading is done) before you can
interact with anything on the page.
It seems they've reopened 39310 so perhaps this is still being thought
about. It is interesting that this bug was made last May, yet from the
text of the bugs it seems they still don't have an analysis of it.
