Feel free to add a comment to the bug that's the closest match, with a detailed
description of what you see, the platform/OS you are using, any info about your
proxy configuration (if applicable), the build ID (moz0.7 in your case, but
testing with a recent nightly would be even better), and if it doesn't occur
everywhere, mention a few test URLs. See
http://www.mozilla.org/quality/bug-writing-guidelines.html on the info that's
most helpful in a bug. If you're not sure that it's the right bug you're adding
your comments to, simply say so in the bug. People may then point you to the
right one or ask you to file a new bug about your problem.
If you think the problem is a severe usability problem, feel free to say so in
the bug, and suggest nominating it for one of the mozilla milestones
(0.8,0.9,1.0,1.1,1.2), see http://www.mozilla.org/roadmap.html .
