Try searching for "table gap" or "table cell border,margin" at
http://www.ags.uni-sb.de/~afranke/mozilla/quicksearch.html , and look if
one of the resulting bugs matches the problem you see.
The "table" part matches all bugs in the "HTML Tables" component as well
as bugs that contain "table" in the summary.
If you find the bug, please attach your testcase to it. If you don't find
it, please file a new one so that your testcase doesn't get lost.
