Yes, because I see this behavior on a bunch of technically-unsophisticated
sites, where I know that iframes aren't being used.  Mozilla displays an
error dialog whenever it can't access a web server that an ad banner is on.
It's *really* annoying!

Thank you for the tip!  How do I vote for a bug, though?  I've seen bug
advocacy mentioned before, but I can't find anywhere on mozilla.org that
would let me cast a vote.
