Presumably if it doesn't have that note attached. I assume "not part of
build" means that it's #ifdef'ed out by default.

The thing to do is give your mate the URL of the bug for print page range,
if there is one. Then he can check it occasionally - or get a Bugzilla
account, and be notified when it changes.

It's a Bugzilla query, but you have to recompose it every time, because
the dates change. (I think.)

Orange means "tests failed" - i.e. the build completed, but some of the
tests didn't complete. Yellow appears at the top - it means "build still
in progress."
