Then please phrase your comments so that it's obvious that you are
talking about _your_ experiences. Many people come to the newsgroup
looking for answers to questions they have about Mozilla and you
regularly respond with comments that are phrased as statements of facts
when they are simply your experience which has consistently differed
from the experiences of others. I appreciate that you and many others
here are willing to share experiences and I understand the value of
group problem solving but that value is diminished greatly when the
exception is stated as the rule or vise versa.
