There is now a bug filed on each recommendation in this document. The
meta-bug is http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=68427 . Please add
any comments you have made in this thread to the relevant bug. The

I suspect that many of them will be DUPEd reasonably quickly, but that's
part of the point. The meta-bug will always show our progress towards
implementing these recommendations.
