No netscape browser is compatible with ActiveX.
Mozilla will not run ActiveX components. However,
Mozilla can be compiled as an ActiveX component
that can be run by ActiveX-supporting programs.
Finally, rumor has it that someone is writing a plugin
for Mozilla that would allow it to run ActiveX
components. But I don't know much about it, and it's
not part of the official Mozilla project--it's third party.
