I only have Mozilla .8 and I too could not find a 'Xpcs Registry.dat'.
I tried renaming mozver.dat and mozregistry.dat but that made no
difference. When I tried running 'mozilla -ProfileManager' I got an
error message that windows could not find that file or one of its
components.

I like Mozilla on Linux and hope to use it on Windows as well. I
haven't updated on Linux yet as so far I'm waiting to see what
the cure is for Windows.

Thanks

Bob
