Did you replace your mimetypes.rdf with mine? Maybe thats not the the
right thing sto do. Try again like this.
1. Go to Edit->Preferences->Navigator->Helper Application
2. Click on New Type
3. Fill in these details
Name of Type - PDF file
File Extension - .pdf
MIME type - application/pdf
Application to use - <path to acrobat which is normally
/usr/local/Acrobat4/bin/acroread>
Before doing this, remove all previous application/pdf entries in the
Helper aplication. Close Mozilla, Restart it and see if this works. If
it doesn't, then I guess its just you. :(
