I've never seen "Requirements: xxxMHz Compaq Computer" on a software
box! This probably is the fact, since I live in Germany and the only
vendor specific requirement I read, was: "Requirements: xxxMHz IBM
compatible PC" and that was in DOS times (in the really DOS times, not
the Win9x/Me DOS time) - at least 8 years ago!
And that's the point: you're only seeing one specific part of the
internet surfers: US American PC users, running their Software on
Windows! Wake up, there are much more surfers than these ones!
