I doubt it, sounds like a regular bug to me.  The GNKSA requires the
ability to cross post, so if this was intended to satisfy the GNKSA
they got it exactly wrong (the ability to cross post is a MUST, a
warning when /excessively/ cross-posting, is a SHOULD).

So, like I said, sounds like a regular bug to me...
