I've learned that varies greatly and depends on the person, and possibly 
what we're already running on our machine. I have an Athlon 750 with 
128MB RAM, and before I used to have a K6-II 450 with 96 MB, and even 
then Mozilla very usable (except the slow startup of course) on my 
machine. Of course, there is still room for improvement.
