I assume you're talking about the browser component? Last seen in 3.x
almost forgotten by all!
ctrl-o will give you an open files dialog and ctrl-l will give you focus
on the URL bar
In the current toolbar layout adding extra buttons like this would be a
bad idea, but once the toolbars are fully customisable adding an open
button should be an option - this won't happen for a while tho.
