The actual relationship between Mozilla and Netscape is confusing to
people mainly because the model is unusual. From ground zero three years
ago, it was clear what the goals were. Those tuning in later cannot see
how the project works because they did not see the start. The above
statement that you quashed is fairly common in the Netscape 6 group. The
open main line development with a "closed" product from a contributor to
the open project really puzzles people.
