Hello. We are looking at Mozilla as an eventual upgrade for our
Netscape 4.x installed base. In the past we installed N6 and I have a
question now about the instant messaging plugin.

We like the fact that AOL mail does not work in Mozilla (we are an
education institution and having everyone doing their AOL mail would
become a support nightmare for us). We are interested in the
possibility of using the integrated instant messaging for tech support
purposes. So my questions:

1. Is it still true the nim.xpi does not work with Mozilla, and it is
likely to be true forever?

2. Since I have nim.xpi installed with Mozilla (it was first brought
over from the N6 install, then I downloaded the .xpi file to see if that
would get it to work) how do I get rid of it? I have looked a little
and not run across anything that tells me how to easily remove and xpi
package once it is in. Right now there is a nim button on the lower
left that launches a broken messaging window, if I try to bring it up
in the sidebar when it just spins a loading icon.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
