Huh, you must not have seen it.  Well there it is, in the ol' black-n-white: NS
6.01 startup time = 22.05, 5-17 build startup time = 21.70, and a whole lot of
nothing happening in between.  In fact, if ya look close, you'll see that some
of those numbers are actually worse now than they were then.
