I think you need a new FTP client. In NS 4.7x, they appear not to have a
size at all. I think 0Kb is wrong. Try downloading one :-)
Actually, the latest directories seems a bit stuffed - the Windows
installer build is not being copied to them right.

No-one's asking you to use it. But for people on modems who want a
browser-only install, it'll save them a lot of time (and money, if they
don't live in the US.)
