You can simply copy the mail folders directly from your NC4 
profile to the Mozilla profile.  Mail folders have no 
extensions, and reside in the profile's MAIL directory.

Bookmarks can be imported from the "BOOKMARKS - Manage 
Bookmarks" menu, or copied to the Mozilla profile directory and 
renamed "bookmarks.html".
