Yes,
You can use the import facility to import the V4.- bookmarks into
Mozilla. I retired my NSV4.77 last month.
As for address books, just export your address book from NSV4.- as a text
file, and then you can import it into Mozilla using the import facility.
Once you have the address book in Mozilla, you can copy the
address.mab and the bookmark files from one version of Mozilla to the
next. As long as you don't have any mail to save that works. Copying
the mail directory may work, but I haven't tried that myself, as I save
no mail.
