Yep, that did it! Or rather, removing the bookmarks sidebar, re-adding
it, shutting down Mozilla and then restarting Mozilla works too. They've
now reappeared as normal. Bit of a weird one that...
I have to say Mozilla really has come on leaps and bounds since M18 and
0.7 - I was loosing faith around then. Now, stability is great,
mail&news matches anything out there and all-around performance seems
better. The really handy features are starting to creep in (lack of SSL
support was the thorn in my side!) My congrats to the dev teams...
