Well, please note that I *am* posting in plain text, so despite my not
necessarily agreeing on all points, I do "get it". And, why is it
selfish to expect that if a country (or even a domestic business, for
that matter) wants to participate in the benefits of a particular
technology, they're going to have to spend the money required to do so?
If they don't have it, or choose to implement functionality on a limited
basis due to cost, what am I supposed to do about it? Send them a
donation? I *do* understand your point, and if I want my
content/transmission to be read by as many people as possible, then
based on what I've read here - plain text is the way to go. But, because
I understand it, doesn't mean I like it.
