This was not an attack, though reading it again it could be construed that way. IF it
was taken that way, my appoligies.
I don't care where one lives, who he/she is, what color you are, your religion. etc.
As long as you know what you are talking about. which I can't say for myself all the
time, as I am not perfect, make mistakes and and willing to learn.
I was just forgot where he truely lived. We in the US have some advantages that others
don't as far as internet goes.
On a Dialup Line we pay the provider (ISP) a fee per month and since the phone call is
local no speparate charge for local service is charged. we pay the phone company for
Local service once a month. From Sprint its about $35.00 and the ISP's is $25.00.
That's for entire month and unlimited access.
