Even if this was possible (remember: although netscape.*
isn't a standard USENET hierarchy, it still gets carried by
some other servers), I think it'd be a bad idea. It would
set a lousy precedent.
Sure he's an insulting, pushy, obsessive liar, but he's also
not causing any serious harm to anything. He's just an
angry, impotent clown.
