Hi
I solved my self, sorry for the double post.
Went here:
http://ftp14c.newaol.com/pub/netscape6/english/6.1_PR1/windows/win32/xpi/spellchk.xpi
Downloaded to the desk top.
Opened the file from there with File + Open File
Install program started and now it is installed.
Just clicking on the above link did not work for me,
however downloading the file first and opening did the trick.

Ps the above link is direct and should be treated as a download file.
